What will I actually pay out the door at Crivelli?
Your out-the-door price is the agreed vehicle price, plus 6% Pennsylvania sales tax charged on the price minus your trade-in, plus the state-capped doc fee, plus PennDOT title and registration. Crivelli gives you that full number in writing before you sign, no surprises at the desk.
What goes into an out-the-door price?
The price you agree on is not the number you drive away paying. On top of it come sales tax and a handful of fixed state fees. Here is every line for a Westmoreland County buyer, so nothing is a surprise.

*Pennsylvania caps the dealer doc fee and adjusts it yearly for inflation. For 2026 the maximum is $490 for online processing and $409 for manual processing. It is negotiable and not required by law.
How much is Crivelli's doc fee?

Does my trade-in lower the tax?
Yes, and it is one of the biggest savings in Pennsylvania. The 6% tax is charged on the price minus your trade-in value, not the full price. On a $35,000 vehicle with a $10,000 trade, tax is figured on $25,000, which saves about $600 versus buying with no trade. Bring the trade and the tax line drops with it.
