What makes Crivelli Collision different?
The number that matters in body work is track record. Crivelli Collision holds 4.8 stars across 953 Carwise reviews as of October 2026, and a shop earns that many reviews by handling a lot of cars over a lot of years and getting them back to their owners right. That is what you want to see before you hand over a damaged vehicle.
It is also a dealer-owned body shop, which is rare. Any mechanical problem the collision uncovers can be handled by the service department at the same address.
Do they handle insurance claims?
Yes. Crivelli Collision assists with insurance-claim paperwork and works directly with insurers on collision restoration, so you are not managing the estimate, the adjuster and the repair on your own. Bring the claim and the shop helps carry it.
What auto body repair does Crivelli Collision do?
Structural and cosmetic repair after an accident, dent and panel work, color-matched refinishing and paint, frame and alignment, and glass and trim. The shop repairs most makes and models, not only the GM vehicles the dealership sells.
Where is the shop?
Crivelli Collision sits on the Crivelli Chevrolet Buick lot at 1520 Route 31 in Mount Pleasant, close to home for Mount Pleasant, Scottdale and Norvelt drivers. If your car is not drivable, the team can help coordinate getting it to the shop, and the estimate can start the same day you call.
